The second installment of TEDxChattanooga’s Sessions will return on Thursday, April 25 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Barking Legs Theater.
In case you missed it, Sessions is a music-centered event that showcases local musicians where they will perform in an intimate listening-room environment + share their thoughts on the event theme.
This year’s theme is “Carry On” — which is TEDxChattanooga’s larger theme for all 2024 events. During Sessions, the three musicians will dive into what carrying on means to them through song and prose.

Speaking of the musicians, here’s who will be performing at this year’s event:
YGTUT
This rapper, singer, and record producer was born and raised in Chattanooga. You may recognize him from the artist collective TheHouse he formed alongside Chattanooga native Isaiah Rashad.
Rachel Blackmon
Blackmon is a singer, songwriter, violinist, and aspiring multi-instrumentalist. She is a member of the band As Isaac + has traveled around the world playing music for the past 12 years.
Nicholas Edward Williams
Williams is a multi-instrumentalist + storyteller dedicated to “playing it forward” by preserving songs and styles from the past (think: ragtime, Piedmont blues, traditional folk, etc.). Williams has spent the last 15 years touring the world and playing his music.
