Honoring its founder Frieda Carter, who had taken string to mark the park’s trails that wound its way through the rock formations, Rock City Gardens has kicked off its Flora Luna experience.

Guests will follow red string imagery throughout Rock City in the evenings to experience a culinary and artful journey. The paths will be lined with art installations, lights + sounds to highlight the gardens in springtime.

Bonus: Listen closely to hear an original musical composition by Tim Hinck along with the natural environmental sounds of the gardens.

For the foodies, you can grab a Sip and Savor Pass to receive four small pours + small plates from the culinary and drink spots. The menus have been crafted to reflect the local food shed, highlighting ingredients from within 50 miles of the gardens.

Folks can experience Flora Luna now through Sunday, May 12 + tickets must be purchased online.

What we loved? The music lining the paths, the mocktail offerings, the haiku signs, and the write-your-own haiku station.
