We’re in the depths of winter, which might explain why so many people are interested in soup at the moment. Luckily, we know where you can get some tonight and every Wednesday this month.

Pedestrian Wine & Cheese is hosting its inaugural Soup Season, a month-long series that’ll allow you to try soups from some of Chattanooga’s best chefs. Here’s who’s participating:

  • Feb. 4 | Chefs Brian McDonald & Jess Revels, Mac’s Kitchen | RSVP
  • Feb. 11 | Cheesemonger Bill Reed, Pedestrian Wine & Cheese | RSVP
  • Feb. 18 | Chef Khaled AlBanna, Calliope Restaurant | RSVP
  • Feb. 25 | Chef Toby Comeaux, Attack of the Tatsu | RSVP

Each chef will prepare their soup on-site, and a complimentary 3-ounce portion will be paired with a wine or beer sample that complements its flavors.

The best part? It’s all for a good cause. If you really like a soup, you can buy a pint or quart to-go, and 100% of the proceeds will go to the Chatt Foundation.

Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP for the date you want. Happy slurping.
