Green food and drinks for St. Patrick’s Day in Chattanooga

From green beers and seasonal treats, here are some festive treats to enjoy in the Scenic City.

St. Patrick’s Day is on Monday, March 17, but celebrations are already underway in and around Chattanooga. Today, we’re sharing some festive treats and drinks to match your green garb during the holiday.

Crispy Cones
Head to this Ooltewah soft serve spot to try out the Leprecone — a mint + chocolate swirl in an Oreo cone with a Nutella spread and topped with Lucky Charms.

Shady’s Corner
Enjoy green beer and a variety of drink and deli specials at this neighborhood bar on Saturday, March 15 + Sunday, March 16 — we’re eyeing the return of the Reuben sando for a limited time. Bonus: The Highlanders bagpipe band will also perform on Saturday at 7 p.m.

It’s the Shamrock & Roll Weekend at this downtown restaurant.
