Chloé here and one of the best ways to take your mind off your own troubles is to help someone else. I’ve experienced that again and again.

It’s natural + essential to worry about ourselves, but our minds can easily get stuck in a self-centered, woe-is-me loop, and before you know it you’re sitting in the dark, shoveling Funyuns in your mouth, listening to your sad-song playlist on endless repeat thinking no one has ever had problems as serious as yours.
