Becoming an Explore Eden Land Host
By listing a property with Explore Eden, landowners can earn another source of income with property they already own (read: turn that RV into an investment property) while providing unique outdoor experiences for Noogans and folks visiting our community.

How to host
Hosting only takes a few quick clicks:
- Start by downloading the Explore Eden app and scrolling down to “Become Land Host.”
- Fill out any applicable information on your listing (think: if you own private land, RVs, or cabins), and anything else that will help people experience the outdoors on your property.
- Name your price, pick your availability, and include any add-ons you’d like to offer campers.

Interested?
The app has a calendar where hosts can set dates to be marked as “Available” or “Unavailable.” “Instant Booking,” where the guest automatically books an available date range, is also available.
Most importantly, the sites have to be safe for guests. There can’t be any dangerous wildlife or structures. Cabins should have functioning utilities like gas, water, and electricity. Depending on your location, one of Explore Eden’s team members can visit your site + verify the property to ensure that it’s acceptable for listing.

Hosts also have full control over the nightly rate of their sites. Typically, if the property is intended to be used as a primitive campsite, a host will charge $60-70 per night. If it is a cabin, glamping structure, or RV, a host will usually charge between $150-300.
