- Former executive director of urban policy research organization, the Metro Ideas Project
Community Health Officer — Dr. Mary Lambert
- Previously worked at the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the CDC, the FDA, and the Department of Health and Human Services
- Top priorities include helping navigate Chattanooga out of the pandemic, increasing the rate of COVID-19 vaccinations, and reducing health disparities across the city
Deputy Chief of Staff — Julia Bursch
- Former director of operations + special projects for River City Co.
Director of Community Engagement — Ronald Elliott
- Former director of community outreach for the office of family empowerment
Director of Innovation Delivery and Performance — Chris Anderson
- Former District 7 city councilman
