Chloé here.👋 And here’s what’s up. 👇

  • The reality television show, “Restaurant: Impossible” is revamping downtown Chattanooga restaurant, Blue Orleans.
  • The TV series is looking for volunteers to help with renovations, so that could be you.

The revamp

The star of “Restaurant: Impossible” is Chef Robert Irvine, who has spent nearly three decades cooking across the world. With the Food Network reality show, Irvine helps struggling restaurants by taking stock of operations and overhauling the business.

He does it in two days with $10,000.

The business (1436 Market St.) will be closed for shooting on Dec. 19 + 20.

The show is looking for enthusiastic locals to work with Irvine and his renovation team.
