She consistently goes out of her way to ensure each student in her class feels loved and that their needs are being met — not just in an academic sense, but socially and emotionally as well! My daughter is high functioning autistic and usually does well in a regular classroom setting, but Mrs.Woodrow does amazingly with her when she is struggling. She also coaches the schools volleyball and basketball teams! I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. 💜Kristen H.S.

Extraordinary Educator

Brandi Adam of Red Bank Elementary was recognized by the Tennessee Legislature and Gov. Bill Lee as an “Extraordinary Educator” — only one other teacher in Tennessee has received this state recognition.

She was honored for exhibiting best-in-class use of the i-Ready and Ready programs + her innovative strategies for student engagement and growth.
