What will the Bend development look like in ~10 years?

It can be difficult to picture the end result for the 120-acre mixed use development — so we’re here to help.

One of Chattanooga’s largest current development projects is an over 120-acre mixed-use community right on the riverfront — the Bend . The large scale project, once completed, is set to feature condos, apartments, hotels, retail, dining, offices, medical and industrial buildings, green spaces, and even a canal running through the center of the community.

It’s an exciting development to envision, but with an estimated 10-year timeline, it can sometimes be difficult to envision what’s to come on such a broad tract of land (part of which sits empty at the moment). That’s why we reached out to the Bend for help picturing what’s to come — thanks to the aid of renderings and a tour of the site. Check it out. 👇
