Scenic City Neurotherapy recently launched a 31-day “Spring Clean Your Life” challenge, and we’re here to provide some pro tips on tackling Week 3.

Starting Monday, April 1 through Sunday, April 7, folks will be encouraged to focus on their mental wellness to enhance mental clarity. Think: Tasks like brain dumping, decluttering, and disconnecting from negative influences.

As we are your favorite tool to getting out in the Scenic City, it’s only fitting that we share our go-to ways for taking a relaxation day on Wednesday, April 3.
