Morning

Kick off your day by getting your blood flowing at one of many yoga classes happening around town. We love the free Yoga for EveryBODY classes on Monday evenings from 5 to 6 p.m. with the Chattanooga Fitness Center — catch the last few outdoor sessions before the weather cools down.

Head down the street to Rembrandt’s Coffee House to grab your favorite morning beverage and breakfast + take a seat on the outdoor patio — you might as well take a quiet stroll through Bluff View Art District while you’re there.

Afternoon

Ready to take your wellness up a notch? Have a professional work out those knots with a massage from one of many spas in the area. We loved our experience at HeadSPA’ce, featuring halo water therapy, a head massage, and clarifying scalp treatments.

Continue your wellness adventure with a quick drive through Lookout Mountain, where you’ll arrive at Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center. Here, you can reconnect with nature, take a stroll on its scenic paths, or participate in programs.

Evening

End the day by basking in the glow of a halotherapy session at Chattanooga Salt Cavern. We also love enjoying dinner with loved ones out on the patio to take in the Scenic City sunset.
