The Chattanooga community is invited to join the MORE THAN PINK Walk to help raise funds in honor of breast cancer awareness.

Take a walk in support of those battling breast cancer.

Lace up your best walking shoes for the MORE THAN PINK Walk that will take over Hamilton Place Mall on Saturday, Sept. 16 in support of those battling or have been affected by breast cancer.

Susan G. Komen , the world’s leading breast cancer organization, will bring its walk to Chattanooga to raise “critical funds that support breast cancer patients, research, and patient navigation services to better serve those impacted by the disease.”

Important times to note:

  • Registration | 7 a.m.
  • Opening ceremony | 9 a.m.
  • Walk | 9:30-10 a.m.
  • Celebration at finish line | 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Celebrate after the walk with music spun by a DJ, performances, a spin-to-win wheel + different interactive activities like:

  • Mocktail tasting at Rodizio Grill
  • Bra fittings at Dillard’s
  • Friendship bracelet making at Palmetto Moon
  • Face painting with FacesByDeb
  • Pink epsom salt making with Buff City Soap
  • Cookie decorating with Great American Cookies
