Local businessman Albert Waterhouse charged with DUI

Authorities charged Chattanooga businessman Albert Waterhouse Thursday with driving under the influence.

Waterhouse handles public relations for the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport and is a partner in a consulting agency.

NewsChannel 9 reported that-according to the Hamilton County booking report-Waterhouse is also charged with failure to maintain lane, violating the open container law, and driving on suspended or canceled license. 

The Chattanooga Times Free Press reported that Waterhouse was scheduled to be in court Friday morning. 

This isn’t Waterhouse’s first DUI arrest. He was also charged with DUI in July 2012, according to NewsChannel 9.
